Suggestion forum? Inactive forum? Strat?

Can we please add a suggestion forum, and inactive so people can post inactive, so we dont take away at their raid attendence.

These are jsut highly suggested forums, to keep clutter out of the general, or having to rely on someone to tell the gulld leader. It has worked very well in my other guild(s).
